September 13 – If you’re in the Seattle area, join the Edmonds Literary Walk in downtown Edmonds, WA. I’ll be at the second stop on the tour, the Edmonds Conference Center, talking about writing process at 10:30 am.

April 17 – 20 – I’ll be attending Norwescon 37 – my first “con” ever! Look for me there!

February 6 – March 13 – Beyond the First 50 Pages six-week novel structure craft workshop with Roberta Trahan, Jennifer McCord, and Scott Driscoll. Limited to 9 students (only 3 seats left). Cost: $375.00

BEYOND THE FIRST 50 PAGES: When the Real Work Begins is designed to help novel writers who are seeking publication to put their best work forward. This course focuses on story structure and character progression in novel-length fiction, and is best suited for writers who have a work in progress with a minimum of 50 pages drafted.
